Located just three buildings west of Central Park, this stately 25’ wide building was originally built in 1896 as a mansion, designed by the prolific brownstone architect, Gilbert Schellenger. Designed in the Renaissance Revival style, the four story building features large projecting bay windows, a banistered parapet, and carved ornamentation from the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
