16 Mercer Street

16 Mercer was once used as a soldiers’ depot for Union troops returning from the Civil War. Today, it’s been repurposed as an “artist’s loft” space with premium finishes. Set in the heart of SoHo’s Cast-Iron Historic District, this stretch of Mercer Street contains the largest concentration of early buildings in the District. This is iconic SoHo – paved with cobblestones, lined by cast-iron facades, and featuring eclectic boutiques, restaurants and cultural destinations at every turn.
