Designed in by the renowned firm of Warren & Westmore in 1923 for the Trafalgar Hospital this is a well located cooperative in the heart of Carnegie Hill. In 1979 the hospital was transformed into an apartment building and was later converted to a cooperative in 1980. Known as Trafalgar Court this red brick prewar structure has very solid and sound proof floors and ceilings but no other traditional prewar detail is apparent other than the limestone keystones on lower windows.
