Family and I are moving abroad and have this unit through end of September. We have been in the building for 6 years, have nothing but wonderful things to say about the neighbors, management, and staff. Very kid friendly and pet friendly, excellent location in the UES.

We intend to leave on within the next 2 weeks so I’m offering a slight discount on my remaining base rent for August (prorated at 12092) and September (14,995 base with 5% discount) if you can commit to on/around August 7th.
