There are 2 entrances to the building 173 RSD (on 89th) and 175 RSD (on 90th) on the facade of this 16-story structure are Gothic Revival design elements that showcase high arched windows on the ground level. They are appointed with distinguished architectural details including high ceilings, decorative moldings, hardwood floors, decorative moldings, French doors and gracious oversized formal reception galleries.
