About
Originally conceived as a warehouse and store in 1872, by the architect Henry Fernbach, this handsome, five story elevator building, is set along the banks of a cobble stone lined street, lifted high by five bold Tuscan columns, that provide a sense of scale and strength, reflective of this Cast-Iron era. There are six arched bay windows for each floor, stately and elegant – each measuring 10 feet in height – that allow a phenomenal amount of natural light to flood the loft-style spaces.
