200 Montague’s amenities were thoughtfully designed to help residents live their urban lives to the fullest. The resident lounge was planned as an extension of one’s living room and kitchen, making it a perfect space for small gatherings or a quiet place to get some work done out of the house. Our fitness center is furnished with the latest in cardio and strength-training equipment, and a dedicated yoga room provides a tranquil space to focus inward. Just down the hall, our children’s playroom is a great gathering point for playdates and to meet new friends in the building. Other amenities such as bike racks, a pet wash, storage units, and stroller parking were added to help keep residents’ homes and lives clutter-free. The crown jewel of the building is our landscaped roof deck with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn Heights, and the New York Harbor.
