224 Lafayette Street is a six story walk-up building located in the midst of it all in Manhattan. Located in SoHo, 224 Lafayette Street was built in 1900 and has nine residential units with one commercial space located on the first floor of the building.

Centrally located near the subway, 224 Lafayette Street is topped with an intricate black cornice that highlights the red brick on the building. The front of 224 Lafayette Street is adorned with black fire escapes, making the building look distinctive in the SoHo neighborhood.
