226 Lafayette Street

226 Lafayette Street, also known as 64-66 Spring Street, is a six story co-op building located in SoHo. Built in 1920, this elevator building has twelve residential units and one commercial space on the ground floor.

The building’s gorgeous facade straddles Lafayette Street and Spring Street and the curved corner of the building makes it a landmark in the neighborhood. The gorgeous cornice at the top of the building is an eye-catching glossy black, which enhances the pale brick that was used to build 226 Lafayette Street.
