230 West 10th Street

Located on one the premier streets in the historical area of the West Village, 230 West 10 Street has seen several reincarnations beginning it’s lifespan within the neighboring house #232. The architectural history incorporates Flemish, Federal and Greek Revival styles. Originally the lot housed two stables built in the early 1800’s which were situated in the rear and joined to the front structures when the house was later completed and built for a Flemish cartman, John C. Blauvelt in 1833.
