This Pre-War 24 hour doorman building was built in 1929 and was converted to co-op in 1980. It stands proudly on the corner of 107th and Broadway. The large, gracious and well appointed lobby with Terrazzo floors leads to east and west elevators. There are only four apartments to a floor on each side. The Roof Garden is spectacular – featuring teak furniture and plantings. This building is especially unique in that the apartments had never been “cut up” in its lifetime.
