This rare gem was built in 1910 and was designed by W. K. Rouse and L. A. Goldstone, whose other prominent apartment buildings included 1107 Fifth Avenue, Haroldon Court, Le Bourgogne, 25 Fifth Avenue, Sender Jarmulowsky’s Bank Building, 260 Park Avenue South, and 760 Park Avenue.
