28 North Moore Street

28-30 North Moore Street was built in 1892 originally as an egg and butter warehouse named LILY FARMS and was converted into residential units in 2016. The building has 2 separate entrances and thus a hyphonated address. After the renovation, the commercial ground floor was given the #28 address with a sole entrance to the East facade of the building. The residential entrance on the West facade of the building uses the #30 address.
