About

With an uninterrupted view East over Jackie Robinson Park, Edgecombe Avenue is Sugar Hill’s best known street. Consisting mostly of neo-classical stylized buildings that were built between 1905 – 1910, 291 Edgecombe was designed by architect George F. Pelham who designed many buildings in the area. The building is six-stories with an elevator.

Current apartments on the market are newly gut renovated with modern finishes. Dark wood floors and cabinetry are accented by soothing light gray walls and tile.
