About

Milligan Place features vintage homes which were originally owned by Samuel Milligan and consist of four town homes which were built in 1852 as boarding houses for waiters working at the nearby Brevoort House hotel.

The property was originally accessed from Christopher street but the entrance has since been moved to Sixth avenue between 10th and 11th Streets. There is a feeling of old world charm as you pass the cast Iron gates and enter into a beautiful planted courtyard complete with Coy pond and poured planters at every entrance
