About

The Hereford is a graceful Italian Renaissance apartment building built in 1910 and converted to a cooperative in 1982. It stands 12 stories high with a three-story limestone base. The top three stories echo the limestone design and there is an impressive cornice on top. The building has beautiful brick work, wrought iron balconies and the top floor has large arched windows.
There are only 33 apartments ranging in size from 1-5 bedrooms. Many apartments have Hudson River and Riverside Park views over the wide street
