Built in 1856-57 by Hiram G Disbrow for his own use, this vernacular style Free standing house with Greek Revival and Italianate elements was designated a Landmark by the Landmark Preservation Commission in 1970. Two stories high with a basement and constructed of brick with stone trim; this rare home has a porch and a white picket fence. Nestled between Second and First Avenue, 313 east 58th street is close to all transportation, shopping, Whole Foods and Sutton Place Parks.
