About
32 Morton Street is located at the triangle of Morton and Bedford Streets in the West Village. In 1919, architect Hobart Brown Upjohn designed 32 Morton Street for the Pharmaceutical Upjohn Company’s New York branch office. The building was completed in 1920 and converted to residential co-op in 1981 as 24 loft apartments that range from 1,100 to over 2,000 square feet. Centrally located in the heart of the West Village, surrounded by top restaurants, shopping and nightlife, and in close proximity to Soho, Greenwich Village, the Meatpacking district and the Hudson River Park.
