The building’s discrete entrance is on West 92nd Street. Most units are classic 6’s or classic 8’s and feature woodburning fireplaces in the living rooms. Many offer views of Central Park. Traditional pre-war features include hardwood floors, high ceilings, spacious rooms and floor plans designed for elegant entertaining. In 2011 the original manually operated elevators were replaced with electric units, maintaining the original wood-paneled cabs. Each elevator landing serves only one or two apartments. Amenities include 24 hour doorman, concierge, exercise room, bike room and private storage bins.
