About
Known as the Bazzini Building, this six-story tan brick Romanesque Revival was built in 1887 for the estate of John H. Mohlmann. The Bazzini family acquired the building in 1943 and leased the space to various food distributors. Later, in the 1960s, The Bazzini Company moved into the location and it continues to operate as lovely retail gourmet food store on the first floor.
In 2002, the building was converted to a condominium and holds eight massive loft apartments
