The Legendary Towers building was built in 1924 and designed by Andrew J.Thomas. Comprised of eight 6-story buildings that surround a spectacular internal garden and located on 80th and 81st streets, between Northern Boulevard and 34th avenue. It is considered the most opulent garden co-op built by Queensboro Corporation. It exibits the unique architectural and sculptural detailes such as iron and glass double doors, stone and terra cotta trims and stone griffins flanking its iron gates.
