Kohn in the Beaux-Arts style, it’s beautiful limestone facade shines in the light of the tree lined Riverside Drive. Built in 1899 and converted in 1977, this self managed Coop is made up of 10 units on 5 floors. Each floor, as well as the lobby, is meticulously maintained by it’s friendly board. You can walk to the 5th floor up the wide staircase or take the charming elevator.
