The Parc Vendôme is an elegant pre-war residential Condominium, located on West Fifty-Seventh and Fifty-Sixth Streets between Eighth and Ninth Avenues in the Manhattan neighborhood of Midtown West. Parc Vendôme is easily one of the most impressive pre-war condominiums in the city, steeped in old-world charm and a legendary past. The Parc Vendôme appears as two structures, a north and a south building, each with two entrances of their own.
Designed by Architectural firm Farrar & Watmough, the iconic buildings were complete in 1929 and 1931
