About

Built in early 1900’s to the designs of architect George H. Wells, The Greystones are the face of what is arguably the most famous block in Jackson Heights. These fourteen uniquely designed limestone façade walkups run along the side of the most celebrated private gardens, spanning the distance of a full block, between 37th and 35th avenues. Each building is an individual cooperative. Each unit is assigned a storage room on the ground level, where you also find the laundry facilities, live in super’s apartment and additional bike storage.
