370 Riverside Drive stands on a hill overlooking the Hudson River and Riverside Park on the northern corner of 109th Street. This Georgian Revival apartment building was designed by Schwartz & Gross, renowned the Art Deco masterpiece 55 Central Park West, the iconic “Ghost Busters” building. The handsome exterior is of dark brick masonry embellished by a two-story façade adorned with fluted pilasters and windows with arched pediments and terra-cotta surrounds.
