Laburnum Court was built in 1922 and designed by famed architect George H. Wells. It is located on 79th and 80th streets, between 37th and Roosevelt avenues and comprised of 8 five – story buildings, 4 on each street. Like almost all of Wells garden apartmens complexes, it’s neo-Georgian in style. Each building has an elevator and only 2 apartments per floor.
