37-37 84th Street

37-37 (a/k/a 37-33 and 37-39) 84th Street is a self-managed cooperative with no underlying mortgage and strong financials. It is part of Linden Court, a community of 10 individual co-ops on 84th and 85th Street arranged around a shared through-the-block garden.

Linden Court was completed in 1921 and is an important New York City landmark in the Jackson Heights Historic District. It was the first cooperative in the neighborhood and the only prewar building with garages.
