About

Built in 1855, this was the original home of W. W. Cornell, an early and highly successful pioneer of cast iron buildings. It consists of 5 stories and 8 apartments with a beautiful finished garden. Originally built in the Italianate-style, the house was remodeled in 1929 which allowed for multiple residences, a rough cast stucco facade and curving roof parapet.
