413 West 47th Street

413 W 47th Street is a walkup building constructed in 1901 between 9th and 10th Avenues in Hells Kitchen.

The building went under a massive renovation project and was converted from a single family home into a 10 unit apartment consisting of 700+ SF 1 bedrooms.

In the 60s, the entire buildings plumbing was completely redone and the ventilation above the stoves were converted to a vent going directly outside the building.

Each unit has a large, open kitchen with a breakfast bar leading into a large living room.
