About

The iconic 417 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan was built in 1917, after the completion of Grand Central Terminal and as a result of the redevelopment of Park Avenue as a grand boulevard of luxury homes. Created by renowned architect Emery Roth and the famed Bing and Bing developers, the building is now the last luxury residence that remains along Park Avenue from Grand Central Terminal North to 57th Street.
