93 Nevins/453 Pacific is a building that celebrates the “old“and “new.” A legal two family townhome, the building is comprised of two adjoning 2,500 square foot multilevel homes each with private entrance, open living areas, rec room, and three bedrooms; and two attached garages. The exterior brick façade of the building has been carefully preserved; the “new” limestone clad structure emerges from the old, leveraging the unique light and air afforded by the corner.
