470 Park Avenue is a classic prewar building that was built in 1916 and designed by Schwartz & Gross who are also responsible for many other Park Avenue prewar buildings. It is a relatively intimate full service cooperative with well proportioned and detailed apartments that include high ceilings and fireplaces. It is located close to the Midtown Business District, Bloomingdales and all public transportation.
