This 14-story, white glove building was orignally built as a series of duplex apartments in 1908, reinvented as 62 simplex cooperative units in 1959, with a distinctive white-brick facade not original to the building. The even-floored units feature higher ceilings as a vestige of the original construction.
With a prime location on 58th Street and Park Avenue, the building is very convenient to the Midtown office and shopping districts and just steps from some of the best dining and cultural attractions that Manhattan has to offer.
