The Henry Street Mews sits right at the border of the two friendly neighborhoods. It’s flanked by a supermarket and a local Italian wine shop, with a 24-hr deli, a cafe, an old-timey soda fountain, an ice cream shop, a bakery, amazing Thai, a couple of gastro-pubs, and NY’s best pizza all within a couple of blocks.

The Mews are 3 separate buildings connected by a greenhouse-like atrium on the first floor. There’s a shared inner courtyard, a bike room, a small gym, and a grand shared roof deck with sweeping views of Brooklyn, Manhattan and all of New York Harbor.
