507-509 President Street HDFC is a self-managed co-op building consisting of eight units. There is a common backyard/ garden and resident roof access.  In the basement is resident storage, common bike storage and an exercise area. The co-op’s HDFC regulatory agreement has expired so sellers no longer have to give a portion of the proceeds to the city.  The board has maintained income caps to ensure they continue to receive tax benefits to keep the maintenance low.  The income limit is high.
