Located on the southwest corner of 63rd Street, 570 Park Avenue is a remarkable pre-war building designed by renowned architect, Emery Roth, in the Georgian style. The building was developed by Bing & Bing and completed in 1916; it converted to a cooperative in 1923. The thirteen-story building has a two-story white marble base and molded white terra-cotta ornamental elements, which set a luxurious tone juxtaposed against a richly textured and patterned red brick. The building contains 52 units, ranging from six to nine rooms.
