Built in 1914, this 16-unit self-managed cooperative is part of the early Finnish cooperative housing community in Sunset Park. The building is located directly across from the neighborhood’s namesake park – an elevated municipal space with city and harbor views, a New Deal–era recreational facility with an Olympic-sized pool, and multiple courts.

Common areas retain original architectural elements, including wrought-iron work, stained glass, marble finishes, and period plaster detailing.
