The Manhattan Savings Institution Bank Building
One of the city’s most impressive land-marked buildings in the heart of Noho’s historic district.
The building is located on the north east corner of Bleecker Street and is listed as one of the city’s top ten loft buildings.
Constructed in 1889 – 1890 by architect Stephen Decatur Hatch, built in a mixture of Queen Anne and Romanesque Revival styles using a medley of materials: carved and rusticated sandstone, terracotta, brick, copper and cast iron
