Designed by Issac & Stern Architects with interiors by Alchemy Studio, the building reflects a restrained, material-driven approach to city living shaped around how spaces are experienced over time.

Twenty-three residences, from one- to three-bedrooms, are carefully composed to optimize light, proportion, and flow.
