This pre-war, 4-story building at 73 Wooster Street was erected in 1929 as a parking garage that was later used by a cardboard box manufacturer in the historically rich, cobblestoned crossroads of SoHo. The scope of the building is grand, with 55’ of casement windows stretching down both Wooster Street and West Broadway. The light colored building is also known as 387-9 West Broadway as its depth spans both notable SOHO streets.
