Built in the 19th century, this 5-story former pre-law tenement building was converted to 10 loft-like floor-through rental apartments, two per floor, each with windows facing north and south. The walk-up building has its original tiled hallway floors, and the apartments have such charming original details such as exposed brick, decorative fireplaces, plaster moldings and pressed tin ceilings. The apartments all look out onto the landmarked 1830s Marble Cemetery.
