About
Established in 1976, this is one of the earliest co-operative loft conversions in SoHo. Spanning nearly the entire south side of Grand St between Greene St & Wooster St, the Grand Loft Corp co-op is made up of four distinct cast-iron and masonry buildings (#75-85), constructed between the years 1872 and 1907. The residential lofts are mostly all full-floor units that were originally sold as raw space. In addition, there are five separately owned commercial retail units on the ground floors.
