About

The first two stories of 83 Perry Street were built in Flemish bond brickwork for Aaron Henry in 1818. Some time between 1858 and 1898, 83 Perry Street had its attic roof replaced by a full third story. Unique features include very tall third floor windows and a simple wrought iron balcony. 83 Perry Street was one of nine townhouses built in 1817 and 1818 for Aaron Henry He was a retired clothier who over expanded his real estate investments despite several sales in 1820.
