About
891 Park Avenue, an elegant Art Deco building, built in 1931 was designed by Architect, Arthur Paul Hess. Its brick façade with three story limestone base is graced by a full width terra cotta and iron work balcony at the fourth floor in addition to three individual balconies with terra cotta adornment at the fourteenth floor. In keeping with the building’s Art Deco design, a series of geometric patterns adorn the top three floors and are met with an iron work parapet.
