About

925 Park Avenue was built in 1907, making it one of the most historic buildings in Manhattan. It was designed by the firm Delano and Aldrich and has been a cooperative residential building since it opened. The exterior of this building stands out from its neighbors, largely because of its impressive limestone block façade. Many of the lower floor windows are crowned by art deco style arches that lend distinction and class. The ground floor is home to several offices, each with a separate entrance.
