95 Christopher Street

Set on the corner of Christopher and Bleecker Streets, 95 Christopher Street, known as The Gansvoort, is a 16-story pre-war rental building that’s been a fixture of the West Village since 1930. With 200 apartments, it’s one of the neighborhood’s rare full-service doorman buildings. A genuine standout in a part of Manhattan defined more by walk-ups and boutique co-ops than staffed lobbies.
