About

The beautiful and historic American Thread Building at 260 West Broadway was one of the very first luxury condominium conversions in Tribeca and remains one of the most well established, well run buildings in lower Manhattan. Designed by architect William B.Tubby in the Renaissance revival style and built for the New York Wool Exchange in 1894, its broad and very impressive facades curve from Beach Street into West Broadway. The building itself has 11 floors, 52 apartments, a new roof deck, 24 hour door staff and an exquisite, newly restored tiled entryway.
