MEET CASSA Considered the most flexible building in New York City, Cassa Hotel & Residences was developed by Solly and Isaac Assa for Assa Properties and is the crown jewel of their impressive portfolio of luxury experiences around the world. Cassa is anchored by buzzy celebrity hangout Butter restaurant and helmed by Food Network star and Executive Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, while up at the Penthouse level creative programming by Team Carte Blanche offers endless opportunities to socialize and rub elbows with the world’s influencers.

BUILDING- Conceived by award-winning architecture firms TEN Arquitectos and CetraRuddy, this iconic structure dazzles with distinctive cascading windows that frame the Manhattan skyline like a series of photographs. A delicate balance was struck between the very private services of the luxury residences with the public functions of the boutique hotel, restaurant, and lounge, allowing them to co-exist while operating independently. The result is a sequence of fluid spaces that converge at the shared lobby, merging interior and exterior, intimate and urban.

PUBLIC SPACES- Enter the dramatic lobby with double-height ceilings and be greeted by a friendly smile from the doormen, and feel wrapped in a hug by The Residences staff who are at your beck and call 24/7. International artwork and a spectacular glass bridge leading to a private lush garden oasis with a full bar and adjacent private dining room elegantly envelop the space. Brave interior stylist Katerina Mishelle reimagined the hallways with peacock textured wallcoverings that play nice with brushed brass accents and minimalist light fixtures with glass that suspends dramatically to diffuse light, breathing new life into an already stellar project.

PRIVATE RESIDENCES- Condominium residences at Cassa begin on the 28th floor, and each encompasses a corner exposure flooding homes with light and iconic city views. Offered furnished or unfurnished as needed, these chic residences feature a palette of pale wood, limestone, and stainless steel and is the perfect entry point for an investor looking for an established yield or the world traveler in need of a pied-a-terre. Are you a discerning buyer? You’ll love that your residence can be personalized in the vein of the model home and delivered as a one-of-a-kind offering.

INTERIORS- Sleek, fully integrated kitchens are stylishly designed to complement contemporary life, offering the perfect balance of form and function. White lacquer cabinetry conceals the highest quality appliances from Miele, Liebherr, and Wolf, while countertops are Pietra Bedonia stone. Luxurious spa-like bathrooms feature exquisite glacier glass walls, limestone floors, Travertine marble vanities and top-of-the-line fittings and trim. Rejuvenate in the spacious glass enclosed showers and soaking tubs. Need towel service? Just call.

LOCATION- Located on 45th Street near 5th Avenue, Cassa neighbors the most prestigious boutiques and flagship stores on the most expensive and distinguished street in the world. Not to be outdone, within minutes are a half a dozen Michelin-starred restaurants including Gabriel Kreuther, Aureole, Satsuki and Ai Fiori. Bryant Park, with its year-round schedule of events and attractions, is situated just three blocks south, Rockefeller Center is only four blocks north, Grand Central just three blocks east, and Times Square and the Theater District are a stone’s throw to the west. Transportation is effortless with B/D/F/M, 7, N/Q/R/W, S, 1/2/3 and A/C/E nearby.

AMENITIES- With low common charges, Cassa residents enjoy access to an impressive list of premium hotel amenities, such as concierge service, housekeeping, room service, a world-class restaurant, business center, fitness room and roof terrace. And Cassa’s sizeable list of a la carte extras makes daily living a joy, including valet, childcare, fresh flower delivery, restaurant and ticket reservations, pet grooming, in-room spa treatments, and so much more. With a robust, yet flexible, amenities package, you can pay for just the perks and services you require.

CASSA, where you can have it all or a la carte.™
