About
Reborn from the historic shopping district of Manhattan’s hottest neighborhood is Delancey Crossing. The building name was inspired from the movie, Crossing Delancey, a 1988 American romantic comedy film starring Amy Irving and Peter Riegert. Also originally the site of Gus’s Pickles, Delancey Crossing was re-built from two turn of the century walk-up buildings in 2005. Three additional floors, outdoor spaces and an elevator were added. The building consists of 30 free market apartments and two commercial stores.
