DOMI

Dōmi is a collection of residences shaped by organic principles and minimalist design. Set on a tree-lined cobblestone street in Long Island City, here the city’s busy hum fades, and a soft green patina takes the place of steel.

Designed by Fogarty Finger, every aspect of the building is meant to foster a deep sense of well-being. At its center, a glass-walled courtyard serves as a private garden where residents relax and connect. The surrounding amenity spaces open onto this courtyard, blurring the boundary between indoors and out.
